TapText is a custom iPhone and iPad keyboard that puts your reusable text, photos, and GIFs one tap away. Save replies, addresses, links, sign-offs, meeting details, and other phrases in organized categories. Switch categories from the keyboard, then tap a clearly labeled shortcut whenever you need it. TEXT, PHOTO, OR GIF • Text shortcuts insert directly at the cursor. • Photo and GIF shortcuts copy their content so you can paste it into the destination app. • Optional typed triggers help you find and use longer shortcuts quickly. BUILT FOR EVERYDAY USE • Create labels that are easy to recognize on the keyboard. • Type emoji directly in a label when it helps. • Reorder shortcuts and organize them into categories. • Preview your keyboard before using it in another app. • Save selected text through the TapText Share extension. • Export a readable JSON backup of portable shortcuts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your shortcuts stay in TapText's on-device shared storage. TapText never reads or sends what you type. Full Access is requested only for features that need clipboard, selected-text, media, or network access, and you can keep using text shortcuts without enabling it. FREE TO START The free tier includes one category and up to five shortcuts. TapText Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional categories, up to 30 shortcuts per category, and JSON import. No subscription.
