A running app built around the race ahead. Give every race a home: • Describe a race in one line and the form fills itself in, on iPhones with Apple Intelligence. • Set target times and get a pacing plan: even, or a negative split that finishes faster. • Print a pace band with checkpoints for the half and full marathon, in kilometres or miles. • Plan race fuel: grams per serve, when to take each one, and where caffeine lands. • Carb load for the days before, with a daily target and a log of the carbs you ate. • Set a calendar alert for the start, or an alarm on iOS 26.1 and later. • Afterwards, log how it went and save a new personal best if you earned one. • Run it again next year: the new race starts with last time's result beside the target. See where you stand: • Readiness projects your finish from your personal bests, as a likely time and a range. • Import runs from Apple Health to fill in your bests and weekly distance. • Weekly distance, best week and your run streak, charted, with Home Screen widgets. • Set your own streak rule: a run every day or every week, with a minimum distance. • A long-run check flags a run before a jump gets risky. Use the calculator to plan race day: • Solve for the third: tap Time, Distance or Pace and the rest follows. • Any distance: 5K, 10K, Half, Marathon, or your own. Choose which appear and reorder them. • Splits: cumulative time at every kilometre or mile, including the exact finish. • Kilometres or miles: switch any time, everything converts. Tools for the run itself: • A cadence metronome that keeps ticking with the screen locked, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. • Choose its sound, tick on every second step, ramp your cadence, or stop it with a timer. • Your parkrun barcode as a QR code, in the app or in Apple Wallet. • Convert treadmill speed to running pace, so the number on the belt matches your run. Go deeper when you want to: • Compare PBs across distances: Riegel, Cameron, VDOT, and PaceWise's own model. • Age grading scores your bests against the world standard for your age and sex. • Share or export your splits as an image or a print-ready PDF. Ask Siri for your next race or a personal best, or to start the metronome. Sync races, results and plans between your iPhone and iPad with iCloud, or back up to a file. Make it yours: rearrange tabs and Home cards, or keep just the calculator. Equivalents and age grades are a guide, not a prediction. Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, light and dark mode. The calculator, your races and your plans work with no connection. No account, and no personal tracking.
