Ortix Atalaya

For owners and dispatchers. Ortix Atalaya is the office side of a carrier's Ortix system, on a phone — the board, the money and the drivers, for the people who run the day rather than drive it. Drivers have their own app; this is the one that answers them. THE DAY IN ONE CARD What is moving, what is late, what is ready to invoice and what the drivers are owed, before you read a single row. THE WHOLE BOARD, BY STAGE Booked, assigned, in route, delivered, invoiced — the same arrangement as the desk, with the load's full detail a tap away. BILLING THAT SAYS WHAT IS BLOCKING Ready to invoice, waiting on payment, with the factor, overdue. A load short a rate confirmation or a proof of delivery says so, and says which. RAISE AND SEND THE PACKET Generate the invoice as a draft, and send the packet — invoice, rate confirmation, BOL, POD and everything else on the load — as one PDF. TALK TO THE TRUCK One thread per driver, plus a thread with dispatch, with documents attached where they belong. TOLD WHEN IT MATTERS A notification when a driver writes, or when something on the board needs you — sent by your own carrier's system, not by us. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL The board lives on the phone. Changes queue and send themselves when coverage returns. Ortix Atalaya connects to your own carrier's Ortix office system with the same login you use at a desk. Driver pay, settlements and the invoice sequence stay in the portal, where they are calculated once.
