The clearest difference is rating: Petcove at 4.4 against NOTTY Smart Pet's 1.0. Petcove also leads on review sentiment (63% vs 33%) and ratings volume (500 vs 2). NOTTY Smart Pet's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
