Purrtex Max very good quality
I found the automatic cat litter machine to be easy to set up. The app makes it easy to manage and monitor. Easy to empty and has drawstring bag in catch tray to dispose of without mess. I really find the machine well built and with multiple cats it’s a real time saver.
Great option
Our cat didn’t like the enclosed one as they grew up, they kept waiting to use the normal litter box for our older mainly outside cat. This option allows for smooth transition and they both don’t feel closed in with. Great way to have an automatic cleaning litter box that is close to a normal litter box. Nice you can set how long before it cleans after use too.

Change is good
It might be to early to comment on the quality, dependability, and service. But so far exceeds my expectations. Previous owner of 2 most popular and expensive brand.
Not big enough
This is only big enough for a very small cat. My 12 and 14 pound cats will not get in.
Mocha Bean approved
Took the super old smell bad litter box out slid this one in and to my surprise it’s WiFi with an app . Got that hooked up set the time for 5 mins after . And my cat loves it . Used it right away . I love it at 77 I no longer have to sit on a tiny stool to scoop daily just open pick the bag up and toss . Why did I wait so long lol

Just okay
It’s definitely nice to be able to clean the litterbox, and use the odor control, with the app; however I wish that the app would tell you when the litterbox is full.
No health reporting like advertised
In the picture on Amazon it showed it reported health info such as weight does not do that nor does it report every visit
App has issues with connectivity
Have to reset app a lot for connection issues. Not very fluid.
Purfect
I wasn't sure at first that Sir Wayne was going to like it. He seemed very hesitant at first and now I think he's accepted it and actually likes to watch it work it's hilarious. Would definitely recommend!
My only con is that it would be nice if the litterbox tray was stainless steel instead of plastic for better sanitary reasons but other then that it's purfect.

The BEST AUTOMATIC LITTERBOX!!!!
I reviewed hundreds of models and spent countless hours researching.I’m a real cat mom this has a lifetime warranty this model has everything tech except a camera. No smell hands free with ion deodorizer no filters to deal with. Best decision I ever made and you will agree,can handle 3 or more felines I only have 1 but from using it over 2 months I can confidently rate this model cat ears limited addition only 5 stars I would rate it higher if I could it’s a 100/100 for my furbaby and household!!!!!!!!!

Auto cleaning doesn’t work
Bought this new and out the box it will not run a self cleaning cycle. Not happy at all

The best cat litter box I have ever purchased, I wish I had bought this one 10 boxes ago, it would have saved me a lot of money! Cleans excellent and I love that I can set the time I want it to clean after my cat exits. Very quiet and really there’s virtually no smell! I use Pretty Litter with mine and I have yet to see feces in the box, it scoops it all away every time! I would buy this one again and again!

I love that my cat doesn’t have to walk in dirty litter if I don’t have time to clean it every day. My son has one and they love it. So I tried it and they are awesome. Highly recommended it
Support is lacking
I find the lack of tech support frustrating. The box keeps going offline and the weights of the cats fluctuate dramatically.

False advertising
The ad shows that the litter box tracks the weight of up to 3 cats. The app looks nothing like what’s shown, and the litter box does not monitor weight or anything else. You lose all the data once a new day starts, so there’s no tracking or monitoring

Invasive notifications
There is 0 way to customize notification settings in the app. With multiple animals the notifications about how offen they use the litter box and cleaning cycles are way much.
App needs to request local network
The app needs to request local network access but doesn’t. Their instructions are to manually give local network access but you can’t unless the app requests local network.
