BActivate
Read full descriptionHide full description
BActivate is a mobile phone application for adults who are participating in behavioral activation for depression. It is designed to augment psychotherapy with a healthcare professional. While BActivate can also be used independently, it is not designed to replace psychotherapy for those who need it. This application is designed to provide basic education around depression and behavioral activation and walk you through how to develop more helpful and healthy habits to improve mood through scheduling and tracking positive activities. This application includes both real-life and virtual reality activity ideas, as research has illustrated that engaging in simulated activities in virtual reality is as effective in improving mood as engaging in activities in real life. This application also includes an optional reminder function, as we know how busy people are and how helpful a reminder can be! This application is evidence-informed and based on the research of Lewinsohn and Graf (1973) and Jacobson et al. (1996) and was created by Stanford University researchers, Margot Paul, Psy.D., Kim Bullock, M.D., and Jeremy Bailenson, Ph.D. It was developed by Frederick Feraco.

TriLog is The Personal Data Logger. Log what no sensor can see. Line it up with everything else. Apps and devices track your heart rate, steps, and sleep stages. They can't track how you felt at 2pm, whether focus crashed after lunch, or what symptom showed up before the weather changed. TriLog is a fast log for subjective experience — mood, energy, focus, symptoms, observations — anything only you can observe. Then it puts that on the same timeline as the rest of your life: activities, notes, weather, pollen, barometric pressure, Apple Health metrics, and more. Not scattered across apps and memory — one clock, one week on one screen, so you can see what actually lines up. Capture in seconds. Discover what predicts your best days. FREE — LOG WITHOUT LIMITS • Mood and energy throughout the day • Activities — work, sleep, exercise, leisure, anything • Sleep quality, duration, and wakefulness (Day Launch) • Meals and short observations (including calorie notes) • Health and symptom observations (freeform notes) • Journal entries and Day End reflections • Menstrual cycle notes • Habits — daily checkoffs, no streak pressure • Timeline, Metrics Grid, Charts, and note search A fast log for what you observed, when — and what else was going on at the same time. ALIGN EVERYTHING ON ONE TIMELINE Weather, pollen, air quality, UV, and barometric pressure sit alongside your entries. Apple Health metrics — sleep stages, resting heart rate, HRV, weight, steps — share the same chart and Metrics Grid. Built for correlation: did this week feel worse because of sleep, pressure, screen time, or something you logged Tuesday? THE DATA NOTHING ELSE CAPTURES Sensors capture what your body does. Mood journals capture how you felt. Neither lines them up. TriLog does both — a continuous record from the inside, on the same clock as everything else. Why do I have good days and bad days? What predicts my energy crashes? What actually improves my focus? What's behind a symptom no test has explained? These questions are unreachable by sensors and unreliable from memory. They become answerable when you have a continuous record from the inside. Built for people who already try to track energy, symptoms, or focus — and need one timeline instead of Notes, spreadsheets, and mood-only journals. DESIGNED FOR SPEED Capture has to be effortless or it won't survive a hard week. TriLog was built around that constraint. Three taps to log mood, energy, and what you're doing. No forms. No typing. No menus. Get back to your day. VISUALIZE YOUR DATA • Timeline: your entire day on one screen • Metrics Grid: weeks of energy, mood, sleep, steps, and more side by side • Habits Grid: consistency at a glance • Charts: activity breakdowns and long-term trends • TriLog Viewer: free Mac and Windows companion for years of data on one screen PRO — 30-DAY FREE TRIAL, THEN $59.99/YEAR Start with a 30-day free trial.
