If a file is not recognized, contact support through Settings. FLIGHT BRIEFING Keep the most useful operational context together in one focused workspace: • Recovery: review protected sleep windows, home-base reference and circadian timing. • Fatigue: consider sleep, time awake, time-zone change and WOCL exposure. • Roster: inspect schedule-derived duties and attention points. • Radiation: view an informational route-exposure estimate based on duration, latitude and selected cruise level. For awareness and preparation only. REST TIMERS ACROSS YOUR DEVICES • Start a timer when rest actually begins. • Edit, end, cancel or reset a rest period when the plan changes. • Keep the timer synchronized across iPhone, widgets, Live Activity and Apple Watch. • Use Apple Watch controls for Stop, Cancel and Reset. • Reopen an active rest plan without losing your place. WEATHER AND TIME ZONES • Search airports by IATA, ICAO, city or country. • Review available METAR and TAF data for departure and destination. • Compare UTC and local time throughout the flight. • Keep the latest available information available offline; refresh when connected. Always verify official operational weather before departure.
