About

Spectral Siphon

Features

Two colors. One paddle. One rule: only catch what matches you. Swipe to move. Tap to flip your colour. That's the entire control scheme — and about ninety seconds later you'll be tracking four falling orbs at once, flipping mid-air, and deliberately grazing a wrong-coloured sphere by three pixels because near misses are worth points. Spectral Siphon is a reaction game with no filler. No energy timers, no ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking. You start playing immediately and you get better or you don't. HOW IT PLAYS Orbs fall. Catch the ones matching your paddle's colour, flip to meet the ones that don't, and let the rest fall past. Catch one dead-centre for a PERFECT. Miss by a hair on purpose for a GRAZE. Every 200 points the whole thing speeds up, and it never stops speeding up. THE COMPLICATIONS GOLD pays out credits. SLOW-MO buys you a breath. SHIELD absorbs one mistake — including a bomb. RISK forces a color flip you didn't ask for. CURSE drains your meter. BOMB ends the run outright. Then it starts lying to you. Ghost orbs that look real and aren't. Bouncers that ricochet off the walls. Orbs that drift sideways as they fall. And SENTINELS — armoured, three hits to break, flipping their own colour after every single hit, so you have to read them instead of just reacting. OVERLOAD Clean catches charge your meter. Fill it and everything changes for six seconds: your paddle stretches, every colour counts, and the score climbs faster than you can watch it. Learning when to push for Overload instead of playing safe is most of the skill in this game. EVENTS Survive long enough and the rules break down. SPECTRAL CASCADE — a full grid drops on you at once. A Core sits in the middle of it, worth double everything. CURSE MINEFIELD — twelve waves of curses with gold buried inside. SPECTRAL RIFT — orbs burst outward in fans from a tear in the screen. The Core in here is worth triple. Clear all three and they come back harder. There's no ending. DAILY RUN Every player in the world gets the same orbs, in the same order, every day. No luck, no seed hunting — just who plays it better. Your best run of the day returns as a ghost paddle sliding along beside you, and the HUD shows whether you're ahead of it or behind it, live, the whole way down. Share your score and find out whether your friends can actually beat it. MAKE IT YOURS Spend credits on skins, or open the SKIN FORGE and mix your own — hue, saturation and brightness on both colours, with a live preview. Pick up power-ups before a run: start shielded, start with an extra life, or charge Overload faster. Turn on NOA MODE and play against a backdrop that never stops shifting through the spectrum. BUILT TO BE PLAYED BY EVERYONE colorblind mode changes orb SHAPES, not just colors — circles and diamonds you can read at full speed. Reduce Motion strips the shake, the particles and the parallax. Menus follow your system text size. Haptics, sound and music each toggle independently. ALSO IN THERE Game Center leaderboard. Achievements. A run history that grades every attempt from D to S. A daily objective worth real credits. One revive per run when you've earned it. No ads. No purchases. No accounts. No data leaves your device.
