What's New in Spectral Siphon
4.0

SPECTRAL SIPHON 4.0 — the biggest update yet. DAILY RUN Every player gets the exact same orbs, in the same order, every day. No luck, no excuses — just who plays it better. Your best run of the day comes back as a ghost paddle racing alongside you, and the HUD tells you whether you're ahead or behind it in real time. Share your score and see if your friends can beat it. SENTINELS A new armoured orb that doesn't go down easily. Three matching hits to break it — and it flips its own colour after every one, so you have to read it, not just react. Break it and it drops a Core. Let it through and it costs you a life. SKIN FORGE Stop choosing from our four skins and mix your own. Full hue, saturation and brightness control on both colours, with a live preview of your paddle and orbs. Hit SURPRISE ME for an instant matched pair. Earn extra slots with credits. NOA MODE A rainbow backdrop that never stops shifting. In Settings. ALL-NEW SOUND Every sound in the game has been replaced — catches, perfects, gold, shields, overloads, sentinel hits, the lot — plus music you can toggle on or off. The game finally sounds like itself. BALANCE & FIXES • A SHIELD now contains a BOMB. The one death you couldn't do anything about is gone. • OVERLOAD's wide paddle now actually catches at its full width. It used to only look wider. • SLOW-MO now genuinely slows the orbs already falling, instead of barely doing anything at all. • The next-colour hint at the top of the screen was invisible. It isn't any more. • RESTART from the pause screen properly clears the board. • Special events space themselves out when they cycle, instead of firing back to back. • The Daily Directive resets overnight even if you leave the game open. • Achievements now tell you the moment you earn them. ACCESSIBILITY • Colourblind mode changes orb SHAPES, not just colours circles and diamonds you can read at full speed. • Menus respect your system text size. • Reduce Motion is honoured throughout, including Noa Mode. IPAD A real layout, instead of a stretched-up phone screen.
