Make room for what matters. TimeShield helps you put boundaries around distracting apps and websites. Start a focus session when you need it, build a schedule for your routine, or set limits that make scrolling a deliberate choice. FOCUS NOW Choose your blocklists and start a session lasting from 1 minute to 24 hours. Use a quick 15-minute, 25-minute, or 1-hour preset, and see your session count down. BUILD YOUR ROUTINE Schedule recurring focus sessions for the days and hours you choose, including overnight. Group apps, categories, and websites into reusable blocklists, then apply them to different controls. SET A DAILY LIMIT Give your selected distractions a combined daily allowance. When the limit is reached, TimeShield blocks them for the rest of the day. SPREAD OUT YOUR SCREEN TIME Create separate budgets for different parts of the day. Optional pacing alternates short periods of use with cooldowns, so you can spread a budget across several sessions. PAUSE BEFORE CHANGING YOUR PLANS Need a break or a little extra time? A countdown gives you a moment to reconsider. The delay doubles with repeated requests. You can also put any recurring control on vacation for up to 14 days. PRIVATE BY DESIGN TimeShield uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks. Your blocklists, schedules, and control settings are stored on your device. No account, advertising, or third-party analytics. Requires iOS 17.4 or later and Screen Time permission. Blocking and usage monitoring are managed by iOS.
