Construction Defect Tracker vs Craftcloud Artikel & Lager

This app has been created for tracking defects like e.g. construction defects or maintenance tasks. The server software is available as open source at https://git.elbe5cloud.de/CodefApp. The app can be connected to a dedicated server. Yet this is only needed if you want to store your data at a central location. You can get support for creating and running a dedicated server at www.elbe5.de. The structure of this app includes projects, units and defects. Additionally it includes a pool of companies for assigning them to one or more projects and there to their defects for further processing. Projects can be e.g. construction tasks or buildings. From the pool of all companies the relevant ones are assigned to each project. Units are parts of the project like a floor or a room. Units can have a (ground )plan, where defects can be marked on. Defects include a name or short description, a description of the defect, a status, an assignment to a company, a target date, a position on the ground plan and images and/or photos. Defects are processed using status changes with comment, new status, new assignment and new images or photos. For units and defects PDF reports can be created and stored or mailed. All data can be backed up and restored later. If you use a server, all items can be synchronized to and from the server. And one more thing: This a quite large app and no software is free of errors. If you find any errors, please tell me! I will be happy to fix them.

* Maintain master data All important information about your articles, such as technical and commercial data, is maintained in a central application and important images and documents are stored. This information is always available and ready to hand when you need it. Different catalogues and types specific to your company facilitate the quick creation of new articles and allow easy searching and filtering. All items can be accessed directly by scanning a unique barcode. * Notes, images and documents The application has an extensive notes feature that allows users to store all additional information and notes. Communication is facilitated via formatting and mentions. Pictures tell more than thousand words: That's why a sophisticated image gallery is available in a central location. Documents can be uploaded at any time and from any location and are immediately available. * Warehouse and inventory management Manage your stored items and the stocks with incoming and outgoing updates, perform inventories quickly and easily. See at a glance how many items are in stock. With a sophisticated multiple posting mode for mass processing of items, you can also efficiently perform a large number of updates. Storage bins can be structured as finely as you like in a tree structure and articles can be stored in several storage bins. * Requests A user can request articles and thus transfer them to procurement. In the separate module the requests can be administered and transferred into orders.
