About

STRD+

STRD writes your training plan and then keeps changing it as you lift. Pick a goal: build muscle, lose fat, get stronger, or train for padel, tennis, football, basketball or swimming. STRD programmes the sets, reps and load around the days you train and the equipment you can reach. HOW IT ADAPTS Hit your target reps on a working set and the weight goes up next session. Fall short and it holds, or lowers the load, instead of pushing you into a wall. Take two weeks off and it ramps you back up over several sessions rather than handing you your old numbers on day one. THE METHOD • Periodisation: accumulation, peak and deload weeks across a mesocycle • Weekly volume landmarks per muscle group, so you train enough without overshooting • Reps-in-reserve autoregulation instead of fixed percentages of a max • A readiness score that reads your recovery before prescribing the day • Load that drops automatically on movements affected by an injury you logged TRAINING FOR A SPORT Padel, tennis, football, basketball and swimming each have their own plans. Exercises are tagged by sport, rep ranges favour power over size, and gym volume comes down because your time on court already counts as training. THE LOGGING • Weight, reps, RPE and RIR on every set • Rest timer with a real alert, plate calculator, supersets, warm-up sets • Around 330 exercises with Arabic names, plus your own • Full offline logging at the gym, syncing when you reconnect • Personal records, streaks, volume by muscle group, 1RM trends • Apple Health sync for workouts, steps and recovery ARABIC THROUGHOUT Every screen mirrors right to left: the charts, the stats and the workout screen you hold between sets. Exercise names, coaching cues and your own workout titles are all in Arabic, set in Apple's SF Arabic. PRICING STRD is free to log, with unlimited workouts and no time limit. Premium (SAR 39.99 a month or SAR 349.99 a year in Saudi Arabia; pricing varies by country) opens your full history beyond the last 7 days, advanced analytics, smart recommendations, set notes and unlimited routines. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Premium renews automatically at the end of each period, including the free trial, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
