Vitality is a protein tracker and calorie counter that understands real food. Type "chicken burrito bowl" or say "two eggs and toast with avocado" and Vitality works out the calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber in seconds, including home-cooked and regional dishes from any cuisine. There are no ads. Logging food by typing or voice, workouts and progress charts are all free. LOG FOOD IN SECONDS - Type any dish in plain English, from homemade lasagna to pho, dal or jollof rice. AI estimates the nutrition, even when there's no barcode. - Say your meal out loud instead of typing. - Re-log a meal from Recent, or save your regular breakfast or post-workout shake in My Meals. - See calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber for each meal and each day, against your own goals. HIT YOUR PROTEIN GOAL Whether you're building muscle, losing fat or just trying to eat better, protein is the number most people miss. Vitality works as a daily protein tracker: it shows how much you've had, how much is left and which foods got you there, so you can choose your next meal with the gap in mind. TRAIN AND TRACK IN ONE PLACE - 1,085 illustrated exercises with sets, reps and weight logging. - Save routines for push, pull and leg days, full-body sessions or your own split. - Quick entries like "5 km run" get an AI estimate of calories burned. SEE YOUR PROGRESS - Track water, sleep, steps and weight with simple charts. - Record body fat %, muscle %, BMI, BMR and waist, chest, arm and thigh measurements. - Follow weekly and monthly trends instead of reacting to a single day. - Breathing exercises (box, 4-7-8, coherent or custom) and a 4-3-2-1 grounding exercise help you reset when stress builds. - Reminders help you remember to log meals and drink water. WORKS WITH HEALTH CONNECT Vitality reads steps, active calories, workouts, sleep, weight and body fat from Health Connect. It writes your meals, water, workouts, sleep, mindful minutes and body measurements back, so your other apps stay in sync. SCAN WHEN IT HELPS Point your camera at a plate, a barcode or a nutrition label. The free plan includes 2 scans a month, shared across all three. Typing and voice logging are unlimited. VITALITY PLUS (OPTIONAL) Upgrade if you want more: - AI coach chat that answers using your own logs and can log food, workouts and weight for you - 14 micronutrients, including sugar, sodium, iron and vitamins - Intermittent fasting tracker for 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD or a custom window, with a timer in your notification shade - Meal insights - Up to 50 photo, barcode or label scans a day Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime from Google Play. GOOD TO KNOW Vitality is available in English. It doesn't include meal plans or recipes, and it doesn't connect you with human coaches. It's a tracker that helps you understand what you eat and how you train.
