Archivist

Archivist is a document archiving app available for iOS, iPadOS and MacOS. No account signup, no login required other than iCloud. And best of all: no subscription. Archivist stores your documents as PDF securely in iCloud Drive, following a simple folder path pattern: Archive Drawer - Topic(s) - correspondent - year - PDF file. Archivist lets you search through your documents using full text search and filter labels like topics, document type, correspondents and archive drawer. Get rid of your messy folder system and let Archivist manage your documents for you! Ready for more? Switch on automatic AI document properties detection for new documents for enhanced document labelling including topics, document type and the document title. You can also use AI to export the data of a name card as new contact! Data privacy information: other than document creation with AI support, your document data will never leave your device(s) and Apple's iCloud servers. Archivist will never: - send data to third parties other than Apple's iCloud service without your consent - use any of your data for advertising purposes - store any of your document or user data on other servers than Apple's iCloud servers. New: Apple Intelligence is now available on supported devices. Instead of sending your document data to a third party AI provider, you can use Apple Intelligence locally for document auto-tagging. Apple Intelligence may not be available in all regions.

Hand it to someone who remembers. Aphra is your personal AI assistant for reminders, calendar, email and messages, and for whatever else you need to ask. Say it or type it once, and Aphra keeps hold of it and brings it back when it matters, so you can stop carrying it around in your head. How it works - Hand it over: type it or say it, any time. No forms, no sorting. - It is received: Aphra answers straight away, so you know it has been taken. - It comes back: you get a notification at the time you asked for. Things you can hand over - "Remind me to ring the dentist before Friday." - "Put the school meeting in my calendar for Thursday at four." - "Note that the boiler service is due in March." - "What have I got on tomorrow?" Meetings with other people Ask Aphra to arrange a meeting with someone. Aphra drafts the message and emails them only after you tap Send. Add a video-call link to any event with one tap. Write your messages Ask Aphra to draft a WhatsApp, a text or an email and it writes it as you, in your own voice, with a tone to suit the person. Change it with one tap (shorter, warmer, more formal), then copy it, share it, or open it in WhatsApp ready to send. Aphra can find the right person in your contacts. Your contacts stay on your phone. Aphra never sends anything on its own: you tap Send. Email Connect your Outlook email and ask Aphra to find an email, read it to you, or draft a reply. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and you can undo a send. Aphra can also tell you about emails that need an answer or have a deadline. Connect your calendar and your events appear in Aphra's Calendar. Photos and PDFs Tap the + beside the message box in Chat, Calendar or Notes, then take a photo, add a photo, or add a PDF. A poster, a letter, a screenshot from WhatsApp or a list on paper all work. In Calendar, Aphra finds the dates and shows them for you to check before anything is added. In Notes, it keeps the writing as a note. You can undo it. Messages from Aphra Aphra can message you first with a nudge about what is coming up, so you do not have to ask. Find them in your inbox in the app. Talk or type Chat by text, or talk hands-free and Aphra talks back. With headphones you can interrupt by voice; otherwise tap Stop. Notes and routines Say or type a note in a sentence, and it is saved. Set a routine for the things that repeat. Make it yours - Choose the face you like talking to. - Choose a voice, and listen to it before you pick. - Choose how Aphra speaks: Friendly, Chatty, Executive, Joker, Mischievous or Diva. Every change saves as soon as you choose it, shows what is selected, and can be undone with one tap. Try it first Try it free, typed or spoken, with no sign-up. Paid plans are optional. They are managed in your Apple Account settings, where you can cancel at any time. About the AI Aphra is an AI assistant, not a person, and it can get things wrong. It gives general information only, not medical, legal or financial advice. Report any reply from inside the app and we will review it. Your data Your Google data is used only to provide the features you can see in the app. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
