ØKT
Read full descriptionHide full description
ØKT is a focused tool for people who train for themselves. It strips away everything that gets in the way of a workout and keeps only what helps you train and see your progress. Just you, your training, and a clear record of how far you've come; no feeds, no leaderboards, no algorithm deciding what you see. Log your training, your way ØKT is built around strength training, but also supports cardio and core, with dedicated tools for each: Strength: log sets with weight and reps, automatic rest timers, and quick access to your most recent numbers for every exercise Core: dedicated timer and rep-based logging with flexible rest handling Cardio: equipment-aware tracking for treadmill and other work, with distance, pace, incline, and more Built for the middle of a set Every screen is designed to be used mid-workout, one-handed, without hunting through menus. Big, clear controls. Automatic rest timers that just work. A live session that keeps moving with you from your first exercise to your last set. See your own progress ØKT keeps a full history of every session you log: Compare current performance to your last session for the same exercise Track body measurements and progress charts over time Review saved sessions in detail: sets, reps, weight, duration, and notes Filter and search your training history to find exactly what you're looking for Plan ahead, train on schedule Use the calendar to plan upcoming workouts, then start them straight from your plan on the day. Past sessions and future plans live side by side, so your training has structure without needing anything outside the app. A library built for real training Browse a full exercise library organized by movement, muscle group, and equipment. Favorite the exercises you use most, and pull up quick guides for proper form when you need them. Share a session, not a feed When a workout is worth remembering, save a clean summary to share; on your terms, not as part of a constant stream. Minimal by design A calm, dark interface with no clutter. Every screen gets out of your way, so the only thing you're focused on is the work in front of you. ØKT is for the gym-goer who trains for their own reasons: to get stronger, to move better, to see real progress over time. A tool, not a distraction. Made in Norway, by gym goers, for gym goers.
