LiftSync turns your Apple Watch into a complete strength training companion. Follow your training plan set by set, log weight and reps, and get haptic cues when your rest is over — all without touching your phone. CORE FEATURES • Training plans on your wrist — exercises, sets, target reps, suggested weight, and rest times sync automatically from liftsync.fit. • Real-time set tracking. Log your weight and reps after each set with the Digital Crown. Weight and rep values carry forward to the next set of the same exercise. • Smart rest timer. Circular countdown with configurable duration per exercise. Haptic tap when it's time to lift. Shows the next exercise so you can prepare. Skip anytime. • Automatic PR detection. Every set is compared to your history. Beat your previous volume? Instant haptic celebration on your wrist. • Full HealthKit integration. Each workout is a real Apple Health session with heart rate tracking. Workouts count toward your Activity Rings and Training Load. • Offline-first design. Log your entire workout without phone or signal. Sessions queue and sync automatically when connection returns. • Workout summary. After each session see your total sets, reps, volume (kg), and duration at a glance. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your training plan on liftsync.fit 2. Pair your Apple Watch with a 6-digit code 3. Select a plan and start your workout 4. Follow exercises set by set with rest timers 5. Workout syncs back to liftsync.fit automatically PAIRING & SYNC Pair your watch with a free liftsync.fit account using a 6-digit code generated in Settings → Watch Pairing. Plans sync to the watch. Completed workouts sync back to the web for progression analytics and history. PRIVACY No ads, no third-party trackers. Health and fitness data are collected only to power the workout session and (optionally) sync to your liftsync.fit account.
