Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Rack at 3.9 against LiftSync's 1.0. Rack also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 1). LiftSync's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 days) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rack sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and LiftSync sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Rack holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rack has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Rack ships an update every 10 days, LiftSync every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
