Overload was designed with one purpose in mind: to help you lift more. Stop forgetting previous sets, and keep track of your lifts and body weight exercises with a light-weight tool that doesn't get in the way. Add your workout group, add your workout, log your workout... that's it! We took the journal notes and spreadsheets we used to make and organized them digitally into Overload. And unlike your journal, the Overload app will let you know how you're doing compared to previous sets! Our goal was to create something simple that adapted to your workouts, and not the other way around. Disable/enable features and make the app work for you! Fully customizable, zero fluff. Lift. Log. Overload.

OverloadPro is a workout tracker built for one purpose: progressive overload. Log your training, measure your progress, and stay consistent without distractions. No accounts, no ads, no subscriptions. Your whole history is there at a glance: an activity heatmap shows your consistency, and when you log, each exercise's recent performance sits right above the inputs so you always know the target to beat. A rest timer keeps time between sets, even on your Lock Screen. Finish a session and get a post-workout report scored by the Load Index, which measures the session against your last, exercise by exercise. Beat a lift and it's saved as a personal record. Share any workout as a clean report card. OverloadPro is built fully native for iPhone. It looks, moves, and feels the way an iPhone app should, from the Lock Screen to the home screen. Free: - Workout logging with recent performance shown inline - Rest timer with Live Activities on the Lock Screen - Post-workout reports with Load Index scoring - Personal records, detected automatically - Shareable workout report cards - Activity heatmap - Volume charts and history for every lift - Reusable workout templates - Pounds or kilograms - Data export and import - Native design, full dark mode Pro, one purchase, yours forever: - Load Index trends and averages - Estimated 1RM and rep-range charts, strength and hypertrophy - Monthly and yearly activity analytics - Automatic iCloud backup - Home screen widget - Unlimited templates - All future Pro features included Train with focus.
