Overload was designed with one purpose in mind: to help you lift more. Stop forgetting previous sets, and keep track of your lifts and body weight exercises with a light-weight tool that doesn't get in the way. Add your workout group, add your workout, log your workout... that's it! We took the journal notes and spreadsheets we used to make and organized them digitally into Overload. And unlike your journal, the Overload app will let you know how you're doing compared to previous sets! Our goal was to create something simple that adapted to your workouts, and not the other way around. Disable/enable features and make the app work for you! Fully customizable, zero fluff. Lift. Log. Overload.

a:gain is the workout tracker built for lifters who care about one thing: getting stronger. Progressive overload is the foundation of muscle and strength: gradually increasing weight or reps over time. a:gain makes tracking this effortless so you can focus on lifting, not logging. LOG SETS IN SECONDS Tap, enter your weight and reps, pick your intensity, and you're done. a:gain auto-fills from your last set so you spend less time on your phone and more time under the bar. Add quick notes like "Drop set", "Slow negative", or "Paused rep" to capture how you trained — not just what you lifted. SEE YOUR PROGRESS INSTANTLY Every session is compared to your previous one. Volume, reps per set, and load per rep are broken down with percentage changes and progress bars. Green means you're improving. It's that simple. POWERFUL ANALYTICS Dive into interactive charts for every exercise. Track average weight, estimated 1RM (Epley formula), and total volume over time. Tap any data point to see a full session breakdown with per-set details and intensity levels. BODY WEIGHT TRACKING Log your body weight and track trends with a smooth 6-month chart. See your current weight, weekly average, day-over-day change, and total progress from when you started. WORKOUT HISTORY & REPEAT Browse your full training calendar month by month. See exactly what you did on any day — then tap "Repeat Workout" to clone every exercise and set to today in one tap. AI COACH ANALYSIS On supported devices, get an on-device AI breakdown of your session: exercise synergy, set pattern detection (pyramids, drop sets, straight sets), strong points, areas to improve, and rest/density tips — all from a virtual strength coach analyzing your actual data. Powered by Apple Intelligence. Your data never leaves your device. ORGANIZE YOUR WAY Group exercises under custom workout types. Run PPL, Upper/Lower, Bro Split, or your own program. a:gain comes preloaded with a Push/Pull/Legs split and 18 exercises to get you started.
