You can also connect your AI Agent to talk through your own data YOUR DAILY CONDITION See recovery and sleep scores, heart rate variability (HRV) and training status. Each score includes the readings and trends behind it, from last night's sleep to changes in heart rate and the load from previous workouts A CLOSER LOOK AT EVERY WORKOUT Review heart rate charts, time in heart rate zones, splits, cadence and power. Add a note about how the session felt. Somvia estimates training load, training effect and recovery time from the available records. The analysis you see depends on what was recorded in Apple Health YOUR PROGRESS OVER TIME Compare workout count, duration, distance and elevation gain with the same period last year. Explore monthly totals, a full-year training calendar and trends in cardio fitness and training load ESTIMATES FOR TRAINING AND RACING With enough data, Somvia estimates threshold pace, threshold heart rate, critical power and finish times from 5K to marathon. The app explains the data and methods behind the estimates NOTIFICATIONS YOU CHOOSE Get your recovery score in the morning, a reminder to add a workout note, or an alert when resting heart rate or HRV stays outside your usual range for several days. Turn each notification type on or off separately ASK YOUR AI AGENT Connect compatible AI Agents such as Claude, OpenClaw, Hermes, Grok, Muse and Codex through MCP. They can read the daily data, scores and workout details you share to answer questions like “How does this week's training compare with last week?” KEEP YOUR TRAINING CONTEXT Save race goals, injuries, medication and training preferences as memories that different Agents can read. Your context stays available when you switch Agents. View, edit or delete any memory in the app YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE Scores and training analysis run on your iPhone and work without an AI connection. Health data upload is off by default. If you enable it, selected data is sent over an encrypted connection to Somvia's server for your connected Agents to read. Change the categories you share, revoke connections, delete server data or delete your account at any time. No ads. No sale of your data WHAT YOU NEED Somvia reads records from Apple Health. Recovery and HRV analysis need overnight readings, so wearing Apple Watch to sleep is recommended. Each analysis needs different records.
