Ohanae captures your preferred email address upon Sign Up. After receiving an Ohanae ID account activation email, you proceed to activate the account and download the Ohanae app from the App Store. The Ohanae app is secured with a user-defined passphrase. In case you forget your passphrase, there is a Passphrase Recovery feature available to assist in its retrieval. Once user logged in, the Ohanae app will generate private key on user's device if it detects user does not have a private key. The Ohanae app generates an encryption key to encrypt the private key, and the encrypted version is uploaded to the Ohanae Platform for storage and synchronisation in the cloud. During a session, the encrypted private key is decrypted within the Ohanae app and securely transmitted to the browser for transaction signing.
