KIZMU

KIZMU is a strength-training log that cuts out complex weight calculations and repetitive entry, so you can stay focused on your workout. KEY FEATURES • Effortless set logging Start from a saved routine or log freely. Your previous weight and reps appear right beside each set. If you stop midway, reopen KIZMU and pick up where you left off. • Weight input for each exercise Choose direct entry, plate selection, a machine or cable stack, or dumbbells. Reuse saved equipment setups across exercises, then tap a configured weight to enter it instantly at your next workout. • Automatic plate calculations Select the bar and the plates on each side, and KIZMU calculates the total load. Even complex plate combinations can be logged without doing the calculation yourself. • Machine and cable add-on weights Combine a machine’s stack setting with small add-on weights separate from the selector pin. Save the lightest and heaviest weights, the increment, and available add-ons for each equipment setup. • Previous records across routines Records for the same exercise appear even when they were logged in another routine. See the information you need for today’s set without leaving the logging screen. • Clear PR tracking KIZMU automatically detects a new weight PR, or a rep PR when you do more reps at the same weight. Progress is based on the weight and reps you actually logged, not an estimated value. • History and review Review workout history, progress by exercise, monthly workout counts, and each exercise’s best result compared with the previous month. Editing or deleting a record recalculates PRs and previous-set comparisons. • Share cards Turn a workout highlight or your full workout into a 9:16 card. A full-workout card fits every exercise, set count, highlight set, and PR progress into one image. Choose a white or black background, or export with transparency before sharing. • Live Activities Check workout time, rest, the next set, and your previous record from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. • Backup and export Back up and restore your workout data as JSON, or export it as CSV. PLANS Free: Manual weight and rep entry, core logging, history, share cards, and one routine. Pro: Plate, machine or cable, and dumbbell input; unlimited routines and equipment setups; alternative exercises; and other Pro features. Local Pro pricing appears in the App Store before purchase. A free trial is available only when the App Store shows that your account is eligible. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Verdict
