The clearest difference is update cadence: ZipWave TV at every 2 days against LocalTV+'s every 4 months. ZipWave TV also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). LocalTV+'s advantage is ratings volume (183 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
