This is the absolute best way to watch TV in Boston the earlier reviews about it not working were due to infrastructure upgrades to support an increased demand The amount of people using this app is super impressive. With the lack of skinny bundle options and overpriced canle packages costing $80+ it’s refreshing to see someone provide a service that people actually wanted instead of bloated packages that are too expensive.
Excellent app, but missing a couple of things…
I love the app, but there’s two problems with it right now. The first is that there’s no Cloud DVR feature to record programming on any of the stations, which should be a must for cord-cutting viewers. The second is that, at this time, the app is not currently available in any other state in North America, which does seem fair to the rest of the country, who also struggle with cord-cutting. If us here in Massachusetts can use the app effectively for Over-The-Air TV viewing, then why not the rest of the U.S.?

I appreciate this app so much. My antenna doesn’t always come in, but this app has solved that problem! I use it to watch local Boston news and Patriots games. Thank you to the developer who made this!

Apple not working after trying later
Tried to sign into Apple and said that there was an error trying to sign into Apple but it said try again later or report this as I’m over here trying to figure out how to report it. Worked before

This is one of those apps that just makes life easier and that you always knew you needed when fumbling around through 5x streaming subscriptions just to watch the local game when you don’t have an aerial antenna waving around in the wind on the top of your building. One thousand thank yous to the nonprofit that pulled this together and are offering this simple and essential service for people to stay in contact with local Boston TV broadcasts and emergency alerts. You would think this kind of app would have been immediately created, given the availability of online streaming services, yet the rush to 10x profits for every major sports and streaming network on the planet is the result we get when the underlying technology evolves and most consumers don’t realize what they’re paying for was always intended to be freely available.

Amazing app
Cut the cable 2-3 years back and have been playing roulette of steaming apps, and being locked into one specific tv moving around the air antenna for local channels. This app is a life saver, great picture quality. Can’t wait till the app is available on Roku so I can eliminate the antenna completely.

I commend whoever put this together what a service for the community. For those of us that have poor antenna reception due the terrain and wooded area we live in this is a great service. I grew up with rabbit ears and I’m both amazed and frustrated that we should have to pay for local channels. Something that was unheard of when I was a kid.

Fantastic for OTA Boston TV in the burbs
Works amazing. Had better luck AirPlaying from my phone vs my iPad. Great solution for those struggling with the Fox boycott as FIOS customers. Thank you!
