This app is horrible ! Can never access anything. Especially my DVR.

No help from this app

Every year Verizon support goes more down wards. I tried to use Edison app to reset some channels that were out. Before, app usually restarted all system and most of the time it worked. Now, they just tell you that there is outage. Just for a joke I selected a channel that worked and app told me that channel is part of the outage. Completely useless app for troubleshooting.
