Long Time Customer and User
Ive had this app for quite some time now and have never experience issues. However over the past 2 months since the update i have not been able to log in. It keeps send me an error message. Very unfortunate, I’ve deleted and redownloaded twice. It’s a dud don’t use it.
Worse App and Service
By far your restrictions are far to excessive and service is non-existent per usual.

DVR is awful! Not easy to use or figure out! So sorry I chose Fios TV. Thinking about getting rid of it. TV service is also bad. Most nights I get that circle.

Verizon just keeps getting more expensive & the features suck. This app is useless! Can’t record anything. Can’t access anything. Constant error loading DVR. 👎🏻👎🏻
Inconsistent service/ poor customer service
It’s ridiculous that I pay so much for Verizon but can’t watch what I pay for on my phone. It’s also ridiculous that the pricing is never what is promised. Not happy at all.
Removal of Download Feature For DVR Content
Why did you take this feature away. I don’t always have access to WyFy and I would like to download content which I have recorded. It’s one of the reasons I wanted to upgrade,

You should be able to watch FiOS TV on your phone or any device as long as you log in to the app you have to be at home in the house to watch live TV when you pay for it

Unable to schedule a recording on any channel when pm away from home. Customer Service NO HELP.

Constantly experience log on issues. Have to log in often. Just sick of the app.
Stopped recording programs on dvr
I can't be the only person getting the message "program failed to record" every time. Cannot find any solution.

Can not authenticate my account. I have had Fios for almost 20 years and they can’t figure out how to authenticate my account so i can watch

No premium service
Verizon knows how to piss off customers.I live in two locations and use my iPad constantly at both locations in NY and PA.Verizon constantly cuts off my premium service on the iPad.My Fios tv in NY has the premium service.Usually when this happened i wood have To ID myself with user name and password and all service would be restored .Now it doesn’t ask that only says error and gives me a ticket number.Called tech support and did what the asked still no service.Ready to go to another provider.t

Not all channels available
You shoudm be able to watch the channels outside if the home. It makes no sense to have a Verizon app

Cannot log in. Keeps rejecting my credentials
User experience
App is junk, hard to use, hard to sign in, hard to find stuff. Hire Apple and start over
