TickrMeter vs Zarela Dispatch

Control your TickrMeter devices with the official app

Zarela Dispatch puts your entire operation in your pocket. Built for chauffeur, limo and black-car fleets, it gives dispatchers everything they need to run the day away from the desk — from taking a booking to tracking the car on the road. WHAT YOU CAN DO Dashboard that tells you what needs you See today at a glance: trips today, unassigned, drivers assigned, en route and completed. The Needs Attention feed surfaces the things that actually require action — overdue pickups, trips still without a driver, drivers who haven't responded to an offer, quotes waiting on a reply and reservations with a balance due — sorted by urgency so the most critical is always on top. Create and edit reservations Book a job in seconds. Pick the booking contact, set the passenger, add pickup, intermediate stops and drop-off with address autocomplete, mark a point as an airport and add the flight number, choose the vehicle, set passengers and luggage, price the trip with base fare plus gratuity, tax, discount, tolls and meet & greet, assign a sales agent and leave notes. Add multiple trips to the same reservation, and edit any trip later. Dispatch Work your trips by stage — open, pickup, in progress, completed — with search and filters, so nothing slips. Live monitoring Watch your drivers and vehicles move on the map in real time and see where every job stands. Calendar See the month at a glance and jump straight into any trip. Driver chat Message your drivers directly from the app and keep the whole conversation attached to the job. AI copilot Ask about your day in plain language and get an instant read on your operation. Fleet and customers Drivers, vehicles and garages, plus booking contacts and companies — all at hand. Reports Track performance across reservations, customers, drivers and vehicles. Made for the way you work Set your own time zone, 12- or 24-hour clock, date format and first day of the week — every time in the app is shown the way you expect.
