Spiritual focus, built into your day. Liah helps you build healthier habits with your phone by creating space throughout your day for gospel study — and limiting the apps that crowd it out. Not through shame, and not through willpower alone. By putting the thing you actually want to do first, and letting everything else wait its turn. HOW A DAY WORKS Your day is made up of two kinds of blocks. A Study Block holds something from the gospel — a scripture chapter, a General Conference talk, this week's Come Follow Me lesson. A Free Time block holds the apps you chose to spend less time in. Finish the study, and those apps unlock. Free Time only counts down while you're actually using them, so putting the phone down stops the clock where it is. And it never starts on its own — it waits until you choose it. A STUDY ROUTINE THAT'S UNIQUELY YOURS • Scripture, a chapter or section a day, in order through the volume • A General Conference talk each day — by topic, by session, or at random • The weekly Come Follow Me lesson, on the day that suits you • Magazines, Church history, books and lessons — all Gospel Library content is available Liah keeps your place. Scripture picks up where you left off. A talk you've read won't come round again. Miss a day and nothing is lost — you simply carry on from where you were. WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU NOTICED Every study ends with a question. What you write is saved, organised by subject, and backed up to your account, so it survives a new phone. Over months it becomes something worth reading back. SHARE WHAT YOU LOVED AND LEARNED Send a talk and what you wrote about it to a friend, in one message. They can read your reflection and add the talk straight to their own queue. Streaks sit beside names, so encouragement has something to land on. No feed. No followers. No likes. Just the people you chose. "By small and simple things are great things brought to pass." BUILT FOR ONE PERSON Liah is for the person holding the phone. You choose your own study, your own apps, and your own limits. There is no parent and no child, and Liah never controls or monitors anyone else's device. WHAT YOU USE YOUR PHONE FOR NEVER LEAVES IT Which apps you chose, how long you spent in them, and when they were locked are held on your device — never uploaded, never shared, never seen by us. Liah is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored, reviewed, or approved by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Scripture, General Conference and Come Follow Me are published by the Church and are read in Gospel Library. Terms of Use: https://joinliah.com/terms
