Say what you'd never post. Spillr is a place to be you, not your highlight reel. Write the real thing under an alias and hear from people who feel it too. SPILL IT • Write what's on your mind and pick a topic, from 160+, so the right people find it. • Choose how long it stays: 24 hours, 7 days or forever. • Add a poll when you want a second opinion. • Get a Hug, a Heart or a "Same" from people who get it, and kind words in the replies. SCROLLS: ONE LETTER, ONE STRANGER, ONE REPLY • Write one letter a day. It reaches one person on Spillr. • They can write back once, within a week. • If you both press your seal, you keep talking. Nothing opens unless you both want it to. FOLLOW THE TRAIL OF HOW YOU FELT • Check in with how you're feeling and watch your days turn into a trail. • Keep a streak going, and look back on everything you've spilled in your journal. WEAR YOUR MOOD. OR KEEP IT YOURS. • Show your mood on your profile and choose who can see it before you save. Or keep it to yourself. A PROFILE THAT'S ABOUT YOU • A few words on what you're mostly about, and a passport that fills with stamps as you go. 17 SMALL GAMES FOR HOW YOU FEEL • Breathe with a bubble, drop a worry in a jar, mend a bowl with gold, let go of a lantern, skip a stone, crack open a fortune cookie and more. • Every game leaves a keepsake on your shelf, so there's always something to come back to. KIND BY DESIGN • You post under an alias. • Report anything that isn't okay and block anyone, any time. • Delete your account whenever you like, right from Settings. • No ads. Spillr is for people 13 and up. It's support between people, not a replacement for professional care. If you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. Say the real thing. Somewhere out there, someone feels it too.
