2cBoard vs Total Focus

2cBoard allows typing with large keys on Apple Watch. You can then save the typed content on your paired iPhone or send it in an SMS using the Messages app.

Break distractions on purpose. Total Focus helps you reduce screen time by adding real world friction between you and your most distracting apps. Instead of relying on willpower alone, you decide how and when apps can be unlocked. Lock apps manually, on a schedule, or during focus sessions, and unlock them only using actions you control. LOCK DISTRACTING APPS Choose which apps you want to block. Social media, games, or anything pulling your attention away. Start a focus session or set automatic schedules that enforce your rules. UNLOCK APPS WITH PHYSICAL ACTIONS To regain access, require an intentional action: Tap an NFC tag Scan a QR code Scan a barcode Or unlock manually, if you allow it This turns mindless scrolling into a conscious choice. SCHEDULE FOCUS AUTOMATICALLY Create recurring schedules so app blocking happens automatically during work hours, mornings, evenings, or whenever you need uninterrupted time. PREVENT IMPULSE APP DELETION (OPTIONAL) You can enable an option that prevents deleting the app helping you stay committed instead of bypassing your own rules. This setting is always optional and fully controlled by you. YOU ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL No forced lock ins No accounts required to get started Total Focus is designed to help you build healthier phone habits, not punish you. DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT RESULTS Whether you are: Trying to focus at work Reducing social media usage Studying without distractions Building better daily habits Total Focus helps you follow through. PRIVACY Your data stays on your device. We do not track what you do outside the app or sell your data. Take control of your attention, one intentional action at a time.
