XFitTracker is a workout log built around how functional fitness is actually trained: WODs, rounds, reps, loads and the clock. It now runs on Apple Watch, so you can leave the phone in your bag. ON APPLE WATCH • Your WODs live on the Watch and work with no iPhone nearby. Results reach the phone later by themselves. • Count a round or move to the next exercise with a tap or a double tap of your fingers. • Distinct taps on the wrist mark work, rest and the last three seconds of every interval. • Heart rate, zones, calories and the workout saved to Apple Health, so it counts toward your rings. • Time and heart rate for every round, every movement and every HRX station. • Heart rate recovery measured one and two minutes after you finish. • GPS runs with splits, pace coach, power, cadence and elevation. Race mode projects your finish against a target time. • Pool and open water swims with laps, strokes and SWOLF. The screen locks by itself. • Complications for readiness, your streak and one-tap start. KNOW WHAT YOUR BODY DID • The full heart rate curve of every session, with the peaks linked to the movement and set size that caused them. • See which movements spike your heart rate the most, split by small, medium and large sets. • Daily readiness from your sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate. • Weekly training load against your usual, so you see overreaching coming. • VO2 max and Cardio Recovery trends from Apple Health. LOG AND BUILD WODS • More than 40 benchmark WODs and more than 200 movements built in. • Ten WOD types: EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, Tabata, Chipper, For Rounds, AMRAP Series, Custom, Free Run and HRX. • Import a WOD from a photo of the whiteboard or from pasted text, then check it in the editor. • Ladders like 21-15-9, distance ladders, partner WODs, buy-in and cash-out blocks. • Finish a WOD straight from the timer, with the time already filled in. • Feeling and effort rating on every result. TIMER • Stopwatch, countdown, EMOM and interval timers, plus a full screen round counter. • Home Screen widget and a Live Activity on the Lock Screen while the Watch records. • Send any timed WOD to Apple's Workout app as a custom interval workout. PROGRESS • PR board with estimated one rep max. • Best and latest attempt for every WOD, with trend. • Rx rate, completion rate, streak and weekly volume. SMART, AND PRIVATE • With Apple Intelligence: coach notes on each result, a suggestion for how to scale today, and answers to questions about your own log. It all runs on your iPhone. • No account. No ads. No analytics. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud backup. • Share WODs by QR code. Export and import everything as a file. Apple Watch features need watchOS 26 or later. Apple Intelligence features need a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. The readiness score and scaling suggestions are estimates for training guidance and are not medical advice.
