In an emergency, every second counts — and information is your strongest shield. Hugs911 (Homeowners Utility Guide Service 911) helps homeowners, renters, landlords, and property managers document, secure, and share the critical home information that first responders need most: the exact location of your gas, water, and electrical shutoffs. Built by a general contractor with over 40 years of experience, Hugs911 was created on a simple belief — that being prepared before a crisis can protect your home, your family, and your neighbors. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH HUGS911 • Build your Property Profile — Add your address, a satellite map of your home, and emergency contacts in minutes. • Drop utility pins — Mark the precise location of your gas, water, and electric shutoffs on a satellite map, with a description for each so anyone can find and operate them fast. • Add family & pets — Record household members and pets, including medical needs, allergies, and special instructions for emergency care. • Get certified — Have a licensed professional, a realtor or home contractor, witness you locating and shutting off each utility. Their name and license number are recorded on your certificate. • Control your privacy — Every field has its own visibility toggle. Keep utility locations and emergency contacts public for first responders, while sensitive details stay private behind your Property PIN. • Generate a Certificate PDF — Create a printable emergency profile to share with first responders, neighbors, or your HOA — or keep it off the cloud entirely. • Share instantly — Send your profile by email, message, or your device's share sheet. PRIVACY YOU CONTROL You decide what's public and what's private. Public information helps emergency teams act fast; private details — like medical conditions, dates of birth, and phone numbers — are protected by your Property PIN and stored with industry-standard encryption. Prefer to stay off the cloud? Download a PDF and share it directly. BE READY BEFORE THE EMERGENCY Whether you're home or away, Hugs911 makes sure the people who matter can locate your shutoffs and reach the right contacts when it counts most. Document it once. Be ready for anything. SUBSCRIPTION Publishing your property to the public responder map requires a Hugs911 Residential Annual Plan subscription at $9.99 per year.
