Instantly AI vs Improvement OS

Instantly app allows you to read the replies on the go, quickly reply or forward emails, as well as search the emails based on different filters.

You are not your habits. You are your identities. Habits are the evidence. The identity is the work. Most habit apps track what you do. ImprovementOS builds who you are. Every app you've tried was built to track behavior. None of them were built to change who you are. Motivation fades. Willpower runs out. Identity stays. HOW IT WORKS Start with your biggest goal. OS generates your identity declaration — "I am someone who..." — then suggests the identity labels you need to adopt to become the person who achieves it. Your daily actions become evidence. Each completion is a vote for who you're becoming. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT — Evidence, not habits. No streaks to protect. Just a batting average that builds over time. — Identity labels. Builder. Writer. Runner. Each identity tracks its own evidence and grows independently. — Morning Brief. Every morning, a quiet AI-generated brief grounded in your identity and your recent pattern. No chat tab. AI woven into the moments that matter. — Comeback Protocol. After missed days, OS doesn't guilt you. It asks what was going on, reframes without judgment, and gives you one micro-intention to restart. You're back. That's the whole win. — Weekly Review. Pattern, not performance. AI insight grounded in your actual data. — 84-day pattern window. Long enough to see who you're actually becoming. Annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. Monthly plan is full access, no trial. $6.99/month or $29.99/year. Cancel anytime from iPhone Settings.
