Moderation

Drink a little less, without the lecture. Moderation is a gentle drink tracker for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Set your own weekly goal, log a drink in one tap, and let two simple rings keep the score. TWO RINGS, ONE HABIT The inner ring is today against your daily limit. The outer ring is the week against your goal. Tighten or loosen your goals anytime, and past weeks keep the goals they were set under. LOG ANYWHERE IN ONE TAP • The big button in the app, with type, time, and cost when you care about them • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Control Center and the Action button • Apple Watch, with its own app and complications • Siri: "Log a beer in Moderation." Siri asks for anything you left out, then shows your week with an Undo button. DRY DAYS COUNT TOO Confirm alcohol-free days, build streaks, and set a dry-days goal. Each morning Moderation can ask whether anything from yesterday is missing, and "Nothing to add" marks the day dry. SEE YOUR PATTERNS A ring calendar of your whole history, charts by hour, day, week, and month, a breakdown by drink type, and a weekly wrap-up in plain numbers. Never judgment. SPENDING, IF YOU WANT IT Add what a drink cost and see your spending by week or month. Sometimes the wallet is the best coach. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account and no ads. Your drinks sync between your devices through your private iCloud, and can be saved to Apple Health, where you can view, export, or delete them anytime. MODERATION PRO Moderation is a subscription with monthly and yearly plans. New subscribers start with a free week. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Moderation isn't a medical app. If you're worried about your drinking, please talk to a healthcare professional.
