Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Rove Charging at 4.3 against FreviTech's 4.0. Rove Charging also leads on ratings volume (12 vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). FreviTech's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
