Gimble is a free mental fitness app that helps you build a daily practice for your mind, the way you'd train your body. Mental fitness isn't therapy, and you don't have to be struggling to need it. Handling stress, sleeping better, staying focused, bouncing back from setbacks. These are skills, and a few minutes of practice a day builds them. Start with a short assessment and Gimble suggests where to begin. You unlock one short practice each day, so the habit is what matters, not how much content you get through. With Gimble you can: • Check in on mood, sleep and stress in under two minutes a day • Follow structured journeys like 30 Days of Mental Fitness, 30 Days to Better Sleep and 21 Days to a Calmer Mind • Build skills with short exercises grounded in CBT • Get personalised guidance from an AI coach that responds to the exercises you complete • Practise guided breathing whenever you need a reset • Keep private journal reflections and see your patterns over time • Set gentle reminders at times you choose, so the habit sticks A clinical psychologist reviews every piece of content. Gimble speaks the language of practice rather than treatment, with no jargon, no labels and no diagnosis. Gimble is built by a nonprofit. The app is free, with no subscriptions, no ads and no selling of your data. Your check-ins and journal entries are private and belong to you.
