Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Pepperbox TV at 1K against ArrCommandCenter's 1. ArrCommandCenter's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ArrCommandCenter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pepperbox TV has 1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Pepperbox TV ships an update every 3 weeks, ArrCommandCenter every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
