Quit Smoking

Quitting starts with the first 3 days. Get past them, and you'll find yourself thinking about cigarettes much less. This app was made by someone who successfully quit smoking, based on what actually helped. ■ When the urge hits, start the timer • Tap "I want to smoke" and wait just 15 seconds. Two short messages appear while you wait. • Still want one? Wait 3 more minutes, together. Encouraging words change as you wait. ■ Words from the maker, at each stage • Day 1, day 2, day 3, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month: what the maker felt at each stage, in their own words. • Every half day for the first 3 days, then at milestones like 1 week and 1 month, you'll get encouraging messages as notifications. You can set quiet hours. ■ Just the next milestone • See how long you've been smoke-free, and your progress to the next milestone: 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month. • Urges passed, cigarettes not smoked, and money saved keep adding up. ■ If you slip, it's okay • Your numbers start over from zero, but your longest streak and all-time totals stay. Next time, aim to beat it. ■ No ads. No subscription. • Every feature is free, forever. • If you'd like to support the app, there's a one-time Supporter Pack. It lets you rewrite the timer messages in your own words, see when urges tend to come, and export or import your records. This app is not a medical device. If you have concerns about quit-smoking medication or your health, please talk to a doctor or pharmacist.
