Serenzio keeps a person's health life organized in one calm place: the medications they take, the doctors they see, the visits coming up, and the paperwork that goes with all of it. It is built for older adults, and for the sons, daughters, and spouses who help them. Everything is written in plain language, with large type and big buttons. Nothing is buried. MEDICATIONS • Every medication with its dose and its schedule — daily, certain days of the week, certain dates each month, or every few days • A reminder at each dose time, and a simple check-off so you always know what's been taken today • Short courses like antibiotics end on their own • Refill reminders, so a prescription never runs out by surprise • Add a medication by photographing its label APPOINTMENTS • Every visit and test in one list, with a reminder the day before • One-tap directions to the office, and a place for the address, suite, and notes • Visits out of town show in their own local time • Save a visit to your phone's calendar in one tap • After a visit, a few gentle questions so nothing the doctor said gets lost DOCTORS • Your whole care team with a tap-to-call number • Look a doctor up by name and their details fill in automatically HEALTH DOCUMENTS • Scan lab results, letters, and insurance cards with the camera, or add a PDF • Serenzio suggests a name and date for each one • Share or download any document as a PDF • Mark a document private so only you can see it FAMILY & FRIENDS This is the part families tell us matters most. You can share your Serenzio with up to three people. A Viewer can see everything but change nothing. An Editor — an adult child, say — can add and update medications, appointments, doctors, and documents for you, right from their own phone. You see it all, ready to go, without typing a thing. You choose who gets which role, and you can change your mind anytime. EMERGENCY CARD A printable one-page summary of your conditions, medications, doctors, and an emergency contact — for a wallet, a purse, or the refrigerator door. PRIVACY Serenzio has no ads, no trackers, and no analytics. Your information is used only to run the app for you. Sign in with Apple or Google; we store only your name and email. You can delete your account and everything in it, permanently, from inside the app. Serenzio helps you keep track of your health information. It does not give medical advice, make diagnoses, or replace your doctor. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare providers. Serenzio is made by Serenzio LLC in Highland Park, Illinois.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Midtown at 4.2 against Serenzio's 1.0. Midtown also leads on ratings volume (74 vs 1). Serenzio's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Midtown holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Midtown has 74 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
