Hiking Passport is a passport for your hiking season. Add the summits you're chasing, train for them with a hiking buddy, and stamp each one when you stand on top. YOUR PASSPORT Every goal hike becomes a mountain on a hand-drawn canvas. Milestone signs stand along the trail below it and unlock as your season adds up. Summit a hike and a stamp lands on the peak, dated, with your photo on it if you want. A PLAN BUILT FROM WHAT YOU ALREADY DO Connect Apple Health and your training plan starts from your real history: your longest outing, your biggest climb, how many days a week you actually move. The plan is a ladder of milestones between where you are and the hike you want, and each rung says how to do it in plain words: on a trail, on a treadmill, on a stair machine, in the pool, or in the small things you already do every day. Every milestone has more than one way up. Pick the tier that fits the day you're having: the one that matches the milestone exactly, the one sized to your usual session, the low-energy version, or the low-on-time version. MODIFIED FOR YOUR LIFE, NOT SOMEONE ELSE'S Setup asks what you're working around: knees, lungs, a mobility aid, young kids, no car, shift work, anxiety, a body that is changing. The plan bends to fit and says which of your answers each modification is for. Nothing here is a barrier to the goal; it changes what the plan suggests, never whether the mountain is yours to climb. A HIKING BUDDY, NOT A COACH Pick one of six animal buddies, each with their own voice and their own reason to be out there. They explain the plan, point out what your history says, and cheer. They are friends who hike, not trainers or doctors, and they never scold. PLAN THE DAY Put a milestone or a goal hike on a date. That morning, your training note is about that, with a word on where your training actually stands. ON YOUR WRIST AND YOUR HOME SCREEN Four widgets and an Apple Watch app carry your passport, your next milestone and today's pick, in whichever theme you're wearing. MADE TO STAY YOURS There is no account and no cloud. Your passport, your photos, your journal and everything read from Apple Health stay on your iPhone. Apple Health is read only: nothing is ever written back. FREE One goal hike, the full passport canvas, milestone signs, summit stamps with photos and a journal. HIKING PASSPORT PRO - A training plan built from your hikes and your Apple Health history - Your buddy's pick for today, sized to how you've been training - Stats insights in your buddy's voice - Every hike on your list in one passport - Seven park themes for the passport, the widgets and your watch Monthly or yearly, with a free trial on the yearly plan. Cancel any time in Settings. Hiking Passport is not a medical or safety service. Its suggestions come from what you tell it and what Apple Health shows, and it has never seen you or your history. Run a plan past your clinician if anything about your health should shape it. Trail conditions, weather and your own judgment are always yours to read. Made by one hiker, for hikers.
