Wotcha turns everyday requests into clear responsibilities. Write what needs doing, add the details and share it. The other person can accept, ask for a change or say they can’t. You both know what was agreed, who has it and how it’s going. From a school pickup to a holiday-let changeover, the request, checklist, place and messages stay together. A CLEAR HANDOVER • Break a job into small steps, called Wots. • Add a place, address or postcode using Apple Maps, then open it from the Wotcha. • See who’s taken responsibility, with their picture when available. • Leave a message when accepting or completing a request. • Keep follow-up messages with the original job, even after it’s sorted. • Add photos and supported documents to explain what needs doing. • Follow checklist progress and see when the job is finished. • Save familiar requests as Routines to use again. SHARE IT YOUR WAY Send someone a link through your usual messaging app or email. They can open the Wotcha in their browser and respond without installing the app or creating an account. Use Circles to share responsibilities with family, friends or a team. You can also keep a Wotcha for yourself. MADE FOR REAL LIFE Co-parenting Coordinate pickups, school bags, clubs, appointments and belongings moving between homes. Property and holiday lets Organise guest changeovers, cleaning, maintenance, deliveries and key handovers. Add the property’s location so everyone knows where to go. Family logistics Share shopping, lifts, errands and the everyday things somebody needs to remember. Small teams Hand over customer follow-ups, equipment checks, reviews and practical jobs. Care and support Arrange shopping, transport, collections and check-ins between the people helping. Trades and field work Keep the location, instructions and checklist together for repairs, visits and work on site. Clubs and events Find someone to collect the keys, bring the kit, set up the venue or put everything away. Jobs needing a recorded result Keep meter readings, completed checks and notes explaining what was done alongside the original request. Personal organisation Capture something as it occurs to you and keep it ready for the right time. One request. Someone’s got it. Sorted.

The clearest difference is update cadence: Wotcha at every 2 days against MyPMO's fortnightly. MyPMO's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
