About
Wotcha turns everyday requests into clear responsibilities.
Write what needs doing, add the details and share it. The other person can accept, ask for a change or say they can’t. You both know what was agreed, who has it and how it’s going.
From a school pickup to a holiday-let changeover, the request, checklist, place and messages stay together.
A CLEAR HANDOVER
• Break a job into small steps, called Wots.
• Add a place, address or postcode using Apple Maps, then open it from the Wotcha.
• See who’s taken responsibility, with their picture when available.
• Leave a message when accepting or completing a request.
• Keep follow-up messages with the original job, even after it’s sorted.
• Add photos and supported documents to explain what needs doing.
• Follow checklist progress and see when the job is finished.
• Save familiar requests as Routines to use again.
SHARE IT YOUR WAY
Send someone a link through your usual messaging app or email. They can open the Wotcha in their browser and respond without installing the app or creating an account.
Use Circles to share responsibilities with family, friends or a team. You can also keep a Wotcha for yourself.
