WHAT IT FINDS A tired battery: real capacity against the factory spec, with a rough replacement cost to negotiate with. Cells that have drifted apart, the fault that passes every pack-level check and then cuts out under load. A wound-back odometer, where battery wear and mileage disagree. Demo-mode firmware, and speed caps that can never be raised again. Plus fault codes in plain English, pack voltage and temperature, motor and controller heat, age and distance ridden. READS ONLY ScooterCheck reads; it never reconfigures. On Xiaomi and newer Ninebot, reading means completing the scooter's own pairing handshake: the app says so first, and one button press restores the owner's pairing. Everything runs on your phone: no account, no tracking. After asked once whether inspections may be sent back to help supportmore scooters.
