SetDeck: Plan the week. Log every set. Watch the numbers climb. SetDeck is a strength training companion for people who want structure without friction. Build a weekly routine, work through it set by set, and let SetDeck keep the history, the stats, and the streaks. Then check in on hydration and calories with a swipe, right alongside your training. BUILD YOUR WEEK Plan up to seven training days, each with its own ordered list of exercises. Add notes, equipment, and a reference video to any exercise. Type an exercise name and SetDeck can suggest the muscle groups it works, entirely on device. TRAIN SET BY SET Every exercise holds the sets you plan to do: reps and weight, as many as possible, timed, or freeform. As you train, log what you actually did, add an RPE if you want, and swipe on to the next card. Start a strength workout and a Live Activity keeps the elapsed time on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. SEE REAL PROGRESS SetDeck records a history entry every time you finish a set. The Stats tab turns that history into volume trends, personal records, a muscle heatmap, balance analysis, and intensity breakdowns so you can see what is working and what needs attention. EARN ACHIEVEMENTS Unlock badges for consistency, volume, variety, strength milestones, and a fully built routine. Hit a plate milestone or a month-long streak and SetDeck celebrates with you. HYDRATION AND ENERGY Log water and calories with a swipe, and see today's totals against your goals. Everything is written to Apple Health, and Home Screen widgets show hydration and energy at a glance. APPLE WATCH See today's routine on your wrist, log sets as you finish them, and follow a guided rest timer between sets. Start or stop a workout from the Watch, and keep today's session on your watch face with a complication. WORKS WITH YOUR IPHONE - Ask Siri "What's my workout today?" or start a workout hands-free - Start and stop workouts from Control Center - Find any exercise from Spotlight - Sync privately across your devices with iCloud - Available in English, Spanish, French (Canada), and Japanese PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your training data lives in your private iCloud database and in Apple Health. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. Download SetDeck and take control of your training, one set at a time.

Calorie tracking, finally simple. Most calorie apps feel like work. Endless menus, barcode scans, serving sizes. XCal works the way you think! Just type what you ate. "Two slices of salami pizza" "A bowl of oatmeal with blueberries" "Big mac and fries" That's it. Our AI instantly calculates the calories and macros, right next to your entry. No searching a database. No guessing portion codes. Just write, and you're done. A food diary that actually feels like a diary. Your meals appear as a clean, minimal list; like a notepad, not a spreadsheet. Tap any entry to reveal protein, sugar, fiber, and more. Clean. Fast. Out of your way. Snap it, don't type it. In a rush? Upload a photo of your meal and the AI figures out the rest. Understand your habits, not just your calories. See how your intake shifts across the week. Discover which days you tend to overeat, what foods you reach for most, and whether you're hitting your goal. Set your goal, track your progress. Define your daily calorie target and watch your totals build naturally throughout the day -- no complicated setup required. XCal is for people who want to be aware of what they eat without turning it into a second job.
