HomeHerald

HomeHerald is the app for your neighborhood: residents, the board, and Herald, the community's assistant, in one place. FOR RESIDENTS - Ask Herald a question and get a card back: what you owe, your open requests, the clubhouse's open times, a neighbor-recommended electrician. - Pay your dues from your phone. Set up AutoPay once and never chase a due date again. - Book the clubhouse or another amenity from one ask. When it is time, your door code shows up on Home. - Something broken? Say it. Herald writes up the request, you preview it and send it, and you follow the conversation with your board from there. - Join with your community's code and choose your home. Scan the QR your board shares, or type the code. - The directory, neighbor-trusted providers, Pet Protect lost-pet alerts, and your community's notices. FOR THE BOARD - Dues, assessments and the ledger, with online payments that land on the right home. - Requests, violations and work orders in one queue, with Herald's read on each. - Votes, meetings and events with RSVPs, documents with the rules read in, and a Board Chat with Herald at the table. - A phone line and a text line for the community that Herald answers, day or night.
