It’s like having a recorded version of your consultation on your phone, 24 hours a day. You can access the specific information you need, at the time when you need it the most. Record your medicines in the dedicated list function, document the dose, time and reason you are taking each medicine. Then set an alarm to ensure you never miss a dose. You can also document your allergies and intolerances. This medication passport can be transported with you at all times and shown to healthcare professionals when needed to help make managing your condition easier. MedTap® is designed for patients and their family members who have a condition listed in the app. The MedTap® app doesn’t share any of your personal information. You can be assured that the medicines, appointments and test results recorded through MedTap® are only available to you from your phone.
