About

Repit

Features

Repit is a focused workout tracker for strength training. Prepare your workouts, stay focused during every session, and follow your progress without unnecessary clutter. Start with a reusable workout template or build a workout as you go. Repit keeps your sets, exercise history, and performance insights organized and ready for your next session. Templates define the exercises, their order, and the number of sets in a workout. Repit uses relevant workout history to suggest reps and weights. Create, edit, reorder, and duplicate templates, or turn a completed workout into a new editable template. During a workout, quickly log reps and weight, compare sets with your previous performance, and use the built-in rest timer with preset or custom durations. Add, replace, reorder, or remove exercises without interrupting your workout. Repit can also remind you when a workout remains active without changes. Review completed workouts in a monthly calendar and explore detailed progress for each exercise. Repit tracks estimated one-rep max, your heaviest set, and your best training volume. Interactive charts show your current performance, personal best, and trend across flexible date ranges. Training insights help you understand your consistency and workload. Review workout frequency, completed sets per week, and weekly sets for individual primary muscle groups. Optional post-workout assessments let you record your condition, perceived exertion, and notes, so you can follow how your workouts felt over time. Features: • Start an empty workout or use a reusable template • Create, edit, reorder, and duplicate workout templates • Save a completed workout as an editable template • Get suggested reps and weights from relevant workout history • Track sets, reps, and weight • Compare sets with your previous performance • Use a built-in rest timer with preset and custom durations • Receive a notification when your rest period ends • Receive an optional reminder when a workout remains inactive • Add, replace, reorder, or remove exercises during a workout • Hide completed exercises to keep active sessions focused • Use metric or imperial weight units • Browse and search an extensive exercise library • Create custom exercises with primary and secondary muscle groups • Create and immediately add exercises while editing a template • Add notes to exercises • Review completed workouts in a monthly calendar • Add completed workouts manually • Correct reps and weight in completed workouts • Track estimated one-rep max, heaviest-set, and volume records • Explore exercise progress with interactive charts and date ranges • Review training consistency and workout frequency • Review completed sets per week by primary muscle group • Record optional condition, exertion, and workout notes • Follow condition and perceived exertion over time • Export and import your training data as JSON • Preview imports and restore recovery copies when needed • Open the online User Manual directly from Settings Repit is built for lifters who want a simple, dependable training log that stays out of the way.
