WebSys Owner

WebSys Owner brings your assigned restaurants, sales and team reports together. OWNER HOME Review today's sales, net sales, paid orders and average ticket for your selected location. Figures depend on your reporting permissions and show their last synchronization time. EMPLOYEES AND PAYROLL Open assigned employee-hours, payroll and tip reports. On updated WebSys servers, managers review time cards and wage policies, approve periods and prepare payroll files in Back Office. Payroll figures are estimates; the app does not issue paychecks or calculate payroll taxes. MENU MANAGEMENT ON SUPPORTED INSTALLATIONS Authorized store owners can edit item names and base prices, hide or restore availability, create hidden items from an existing item's setup, and move items to the menu recycle bin. Changes require updated, connected WebSys servers. Existing tickets retain their recorded prices. Each change has a confirmation and recorded history. REPORTS AND LOCATIONS Switch between assigned locations and open permitted sales, inventory, tax, tender and team reports. Export PDF, Excel and CSV reports or use native sharing and printing. When available, saved reports display their last sync time; an internet connection to WebSys is required. OPTIONAL ALERTS AND SECURE UNLOCK Opt in to phone notifications for newly detected whole-bill voids after synchronization when your administrator permits them. Face ID or Touch ID can unlock a saved sign-in on supported devices. Your password is required again when the session expires. Reporting access comes from your WebSys administrator. Explore demo uses synthetic figures and a sample menu. The app does not place orders, void bills, change payments or control payment devices. There are no purchases or subscriptions inside the app. Support: admin@websysit.com APPEARANCE AND AUTOMATIC UNLOCK Choose Light, Dark or Follow device in Account. Your preference stays on each device. Once enabled, Face ID or Touch ID starts automatically on app launch and return, with retry and password sign-in if canceled. ADDITIONAL OWNER TOOLS Updated cloud and location services can enable bulk menu pricing, modifier prices, scheduled specials, manager permissions and catering proposals and invoices. Catering supports in-person card, check or cash payments; it does not accept online payments. Feature availability depends on permissions and installed server support. Explore demo provides a sample of these workflows.
