Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: The Body Lab Pilates at 162 against Core's 2. The Body Lab Pilates also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). Core's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
