FORM/X is the anonymous, AI-driven way to track your physique. Drop a front, side, or back photo. In about 20 seconds you get an overall grade, body-fat estimate, lean-mass score, symmetry, and a per-region breakdown across 17 muscle groups — chest, lats, biceps, abs, glutes, quads, calves and more. Each scan returns specific cues from Coach: which region to attack next, why, and the exact exercises to use. WHY ANONYMOUS We don’t ask for your email. We don’t ask for your name. There are no signups. You get a randomly-generated handle on first launch — that handle is the only way back to your scans. We never see who you are. There are no third-party trackers. We don’t sell or share data, period. WHAT YOU SEE • Overall grade with a confidence score • Body-fat % estimate, lean-mass, symmetry, vascularity • 17 muscle regions, each scored and tagged (gain / lag / hold) • Coach’s pick — which region to focus on next, with sets and cues • Progression Story — a 3-sentence narrative tying your latest scan to your trend • Pose Glyph — a unique stick-figure silhouette per scan in History • Compare-to-last, side-by-side • Streaks, per-region trend sparklines, and free-text notes per scan WHAT YOU DON’T SEE (BY DESIGN) • Faces — auto-rejected, never analyzed or stored • Identity documents — auto-rejected • Social comparisons or feeds • Coaching that body-shames or invents claims — Coach cites visible cues only • Ads of any kind PRIVACY Photos live on our servers under your anonymous handle until you delete them — one tap removes a scan and its photo permanently. We never use your photos to train AI models. The full privacy story lives at our Privacy Policy URL. WHAT IT’S FOR FORM/X is for the lifter who wants honest, fast, AI-grounded feedback on what to work on — without giving up an email, joining a community, or being fed back into someone’s training set.
